Data protection declaration for the use of Google+1
Collecting and forwarding data:
The Google+1 interface means you can publish information worldwide. By way of the Google+1 interface you and other users can receive personalised content from Google and Google partners. Google stores both the information that you have given for the content +1 and information about the page that you viewed when clicking on +1. Your +1 activities may be displayed as references in conjunction with your profile names and your photograph in Google services, for instance in search results or in your Google profile or in other locations on websites and advertisements on the internet.
Google records information about your +1 activities to improve the Google services for you and others. To use the Google +1 interface, you require a worldwide viewable public Google profile that must at least contain the name chosen for the profile. This name is used in all Google services. Using the recorded information:
In addition to the application purposes explained above, the information made available by you shall be used in accordance with the respective, valid, Google data protection provisions. Google may publish summarised statistics about the +1 activities of users or forward these to users and partners such as publishers, interested parties or affiliated websites.
Each Google AdWords customer is provided with a different Cookie. Cookies can therefore not be traced via the websites of the AdWords customers. Information obtained by way of the Conversion Cookies is aimed at drawing up conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have decided in favour of conversion tracking. The AdWords customers are informed of the total number of users who have clicked on their advertisement and who were forwarded to a page equipped with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not contain any information with which internet users can be personally identified. Encrypted data transfer
Your personal data are encrypted in the order process using the SSL procedure (Secure-Socket-Layer) when transferred via the internet. Credit card data are not stored but rather collected and processed directly by our payment service provider. By way of technical and organisational measures, we secure our website and other systems against the loss, destruction, access, manipulation or dissemination of your data by unauthorised persons.
Liability for content
The content on our web pages has been put together with the greatest of care. However, we are unable to guarantee that the content is accurate, complete and up-to-date. As a service provider, in accordance with Section 7(1) TMG (German Telemedia Act) we are responsible for our own content on our pages in line with the general laws.
